Aesthetic dentistry
In dental practice, patients’ interest in various types of aesthetic dental corrections is constantly growing. In addition to the fabrication of various types of metal-free crowns and veneers, there are also less invasive procedures that improve the appearance of natural teeth.
Teeth whitening is a technique in which teeth are treated using carbamide peroxide, which continuously releases active oxygen and leads to a change in the color of the teeth, i.e., achieving a lighter shade of the teeth. Depending on the applied technique and concentration of carbamide peroxide, we do:
Home teeth whitening – after training in the office and making individual gel supports, the patient whitens his teeth at home.
Office teeth whitening – performed in the office, usually in two sessions of 40 minutes each.
Tooth sandblasting is an intervention that enables the removal of stains from teeth of various origins (from red wine, cigarettes, teas and other foods and beverages). In this way, it is possible to remove stains from hard-to-reach places – both from the teeth and between them.
White spot treatment with the ICON method is a modern method that achieves the elimination of white spots from the teeth by applying gels from the ICON set until the white spots disappear. The method is minimally invasive, without grinding, without pain, therefore without the need for local anesthesia. The results are immediately visible and permanent.
